Honestly nothing too much trouble. Wonderful old and absolutely amazing hotel in a fairly quiet area close to beautiful gardens and Modena, next to a very nice Trattoria/Osteria. The B&B exceeded our expectations with its well-appointed and comfortable rooms. The spaciousness of our room and bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast spread was spectacular, with a delicious variety of cold cuts, cheese, cakes, and pastries. The location was also convenient, just a short drive away from the heart of the city. Safe car parking at the property was a great advantage, making our stay worry-free.

There was really nothing to dislike about our stay at this B&B. If I had to nitpick, I would mention that it is slightly outside the city, but the short drive to Modena is well worth it for the peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

Our host Paolo was a total legend, going above and beyond to make our stay mind-blowingly awesome! From his epic restaurant recommendations to driving us to the balsamic heaven, he made our gastronomic trip jaw-droppingly memorable. The place was spick and span, with breakfast fit for gods from Emilia Romagna with maximum yum factor. The rooms were spacious and the tranquility was sublime.
